These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Recover Files & Photos (“Application”, “App”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. App Functions
The App provides Android utility tools, including photo recovery, file recovery, video recovery, audio recovery, junk clean, duplicate photo clean and screenshot clean. Recovery results depend on your device, storage status, deleted file condition, Android system behavior and whether data has been overwritten. We do not guarantee that every deleted file can be found or restored.
2. Permissions and User Control
Some features require storage, photo, video, audio, document or broad file access permissions. You are responsible for granting, denying or withdrawing permissions in Android Settings. Cleaning or deletion actions should be reviewed carefully before confirmation.
3. No In-App Purchases
The App currently does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. The App may show advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners to support free access.
4. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party SDKs, including Firebase, Google AdMob and Facebook/Meta SDK, for advertising monetization, analytics, attribution, diagnostics and app quality improvement. Your use of the App is also subject to applicable third-party policies where those services are involved.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, distribute or exploit the App except where allowed by law.
- Do not interfere with the App, advertising systems, analytics systems or security features.
- Only recover, manage or clean files that you own or have permission to access.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing scan results before restoring, deleting or cleaning files. We recommend backing up important content before using cleaning features. We are not responsible for loss caused by user-selected deletion, system limitations, device issues, third-party tools or overwritten storage data.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, website, design, interface, icons, text and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute our materials without permission.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation and guaranteed recovery results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, files, profits, goodwill or device functionality arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the App or these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to harm the App or violated applicable laws.
